This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the second respondent to survey and mark the boundary line of the petitioner's property in Survey No. 211/2 and No.480/2, Peramiyam Village, Dharapuram Taluk by disposing the representation dated 13.05.2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the property in Survey Nos.211/2 and 480/2, Peramiyam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, was measured, marked and report was filed by the second respondent/Tahsildar on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.05.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
