Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4558 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7467 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month until further orders.

ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4558 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7467 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4558 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7467 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 is modified to the effectthat the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No-2, Hosur on the first working day of February and March 2021 and thereafter, the hearing dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No-2, Hosur.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
