ORDER

The petitioner herein, on 13.06.2024, has given a representation to the police seeking protection to her life and property from one Palanisami since he and his henchmen on behalf of the brother trying to grab the property.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Sie) states that the representation of the petitioner is taken up for enquiry and Palanisami was summoned and he has given an undertaking on 09.07.2024 that he will not interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner and the property dispute will be worked out before the appropriate Civil Court. Based on the undertaking, the complaint given by the petitioner been closed. -2-

3. In view of the action taken by the police on the representation dated 13.06.2024, no further direction is required. If any commission of criminal act by Palaniami comes to the notice of the Police, necessary action to be taken by the Police in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
