Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SIVA SHANMUGAM, Advocate for 1 & 2 Respondents and Petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- Mr.S.Siva Shanmugam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the above Civil Revision Petition arises against the order passed in C.M.A.No.17 of 2014 on the file of the VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai filed against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the order passed in I.A.No.18893 of 2013 in O.S.No.6934 of 2013 on the file of the 18th Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and when the matter was listed for admission on 12.12.2014, the Civil Revision Petition was adjourned to next week. Thereafter, the Civil Revision Petition was listed only on 22.10.2019 before this Court. The learned counsel further submitted that though no interim order was granted in the Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.6934 of 2013 has not yet been disposed of inspite of the fact that the suit was reserved for judgment.

2.In these circumstances, I make it clear that in the absence of any interim order granted by this court, there shall not be any impediment for the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6934 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law. 3.Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, the Civil Revision Petition is adjourned by one week. -sd/- 30/10/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
