ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) of the order dated 22.09.2020 in Crl.OP.No.12453 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners are been complying with the condition. 4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.12453 of 2020, on 22.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
