ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2021 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 24(1), 6(a) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act 2003 and Section 328 IPC, in Crime No.568 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
