ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.no.10565 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
