This petition is filed to condone the delay of 112 days in payment of deficit Court fees of Rs.975/- in the above Second Appeal.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore the delay in payment of deficit Court fees of Rs.975/- is condoned.
