ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of O.P.No.28 of 2025 pending on the file of the Family Court, Perambalur. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The Family court, Perambalur, has submitted its report to the Registry of this Court, pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 06.06.2025. The learned Judge has sought for six months time to dispose of O.P.No.28 of 2025 on merits.
4.Considering that the learned Judge, Family Court, Perambalur, is on full additional in charge of the Family Court at Perambalur and also considering the intervening summer holidays and the fact that the learned Judge is the Regular Judge of the Mahila Court, Perambalur, I direct the Family Court, Perambalur, to dispose of O.P.No.28 of 2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
