This petition is filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C, to grant special leave to file an appeal against the judgment dated 20.02.2023 in S.T.C.No.961 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ariyalur.
2. Mr.S.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the respondent/accused in his reply notice admitted that he handed over a cheque for the loan obtained by him from the complainant, the trial court had acquitted the accused on the ground that there is a suspicious circumstance with regard to the borrowal of loan by the accused from the complainant.
3. In the circumstances, there are some arguable points in the present appeal and accordingly, special leave is granted. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
