A.No.3739 of 2024 in A.No.1855 of 2024 in C.S.No.31 of 2022 and C.S.Nos.410 and 521 of 2018 and O.A.Nos.590 and 727 of 2018 and A.Nos.5914 and 5915 of 2018 and A.No.3048 of 2022 and RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition is filed to direct the Hon'ble Registry to transfer the amount of Rs.16,80,568/- by way of RTGS/NEFT to the applicant's Savings Account Bearing A/c.No.032003951581190001, maintained with CSB Bank, Anna Nagar Branch with IFSC No.CSBK0000320 or in the alternative order permitting the applicant counsel on record to receive the said cheque for Rs.16,80,568/- drawn in favour of the applicant from the Hon'ble Registry on behalf of the applicant.

2. Due to age ailment, Mrs.Rajalakshmi Selvarangan, applicant/plaintiff, is present today through Video Conferencing and identified with the respective counsel.

3. The learned counsel for the defendants is not disputing to 1/3

identity.

4. After taking into account the advanced age of the lady and the amount ready to be deposited into Court, the same will be directed to the credit by way of RTGS/NEFT to the applicants savings account.

5. The presence of the applicant through the Video Conferencing may be accepted by the Registry.

6. Accordingly, A.No.3739 of 2024 is ordered.
