(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the allegation of the petitioner of there being a common pathway in S.No.390/1, Thokkavadi Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, be verified, as also the allegation of encroachment by the 4th respondent, by the third respondent/Tahsildar on site inspection and if any encroachments https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
are found, action in accordance with law be taken after notice to all concerned.
2. The aforesaid exercise will be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.
