2. This application is filed to extend the time granted for execution of the bond in TOS.No.24 of 1991.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow this application.

5. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

6. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to execute the bond in TOS.No.24 of 1991 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
