Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to make correct entry of Town Survey No.114 for the petitioner's property measuring to an extent of about 2236 square feet comprised in Ka.Sa. No.2/3, 2/5 situated at Kumarapaalayam Agraharam Kiraamam, Thiruchenkodu Taluk, Namakkal District under registered Document No.1890/ 2014 dated 12.03.2014 and consequently issue fresh patta in petitioner's name based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2021 within a time frame.
