Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused materials available on record.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2013.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner sought permission from the respondents for conducting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cricket Tournaments in Boys Higher Secondary School, Tiruchengode, in the year 2013. After filing of this writ petition, permission was granted and tournament was also conducted. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
