ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are informed that the lease granted in favour of respondent No.5 is to expire on 21.08.2017. There is stated to be no violation as per respondent No.5.

2. The learned Government Pleader states that respondent No.3/Additional Director, Mines and Minerals Department, Kancheepuram would carry out an inspection at site and if any violations are found, would take action in accordance with law. This exercise be completed within a period of three months of the receipt of this order.
