ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11275 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025 i.e. "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
