Respondent PRAYER: Civil Revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the Fair and Decretal order dated 23.09.2014 passed in C.M.A.No.3 of 2014 on the file of the Hon'ble Sub Court, Hosur, reversing the fair and decretal order dated 14.02.2014 passed in I.A.No.625 of 2013 in O.S.No.150 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Hosur.

O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decretal order dated 23.09.2014 in C.M.A.No.3 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Hosur.

2.The petitioners are the defendants in O.S.No.150 of 2013. The first respondent had filed the above suit for certain relief and also prayed for interim injunction restraining the petitioners from putting a construction vide I.A.No.625 of 2013, which was dismissed on 14.02.2014. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was filed against the order in I.A.No.625 of 2013 vide C.M.A.No.03 of 2014 which was allowed and granted interim injunction and set aside the order in I.A.No.625 of 2013 in O.S.No.150 of 2013.

3.Aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners/defendants. I do not find any merits in the Civil Revision Petition except to further delay the trial in O.S.No.150 of 2013 before the District Munsif Court, Hosur. 4.I am therefore inclined to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition. The suit is of the year 2013. The learned District Munsif Court is therefore directed to complete the proceedings in O.S.No.150 of 2013 and dispose the suit within six months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order.

5.The Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 18.03.2019 Index:Yes/No Internet :Yes/No jen To 1.The Subordinate Court, Hosur.
