ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Pursuant to the directions of this Court given in the writ petition, a compliance report has been submitted.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for one of the contemners submits that not only appropriate orders have been passed pursuant to the directions of this Court, but also the appeal thereupon has been disposed of. The building has been sealed and thus, compliance of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been made.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is ordered to be closed with discharge of notice. It goes without saying that in case there is a challenge as to sealing of the building, a reference of the order passed by this Court in
