Heard Mr.D.Selvam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for R1 to R3 and R6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was permitted to serve respondents 4 & 5 privately also. The respondents 4 & 5 have been served by private notice and affidavit to that effect is also placed on record.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the writ appeal.

The respondents have not filed any counter contraverting the averments made in the petition for condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 66 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed and is disposed of.
