for the newly constituted Power Agent applicant/plaintiff "Mrs.N.Chandrika in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
