ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of selected list of candidates for oral test to be conducted for the post of Motor Vehicles Inspector Grade II as per the notification No.3/2018 dated 14.02.2018 on the file of the 4th respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Page No.2 of 4

the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has participated in the oral test.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
