This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the nature of dispute involved in this case is a matrimonial dispute, it is for the parties to redress the same before the appropriate Family Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2/4
