2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly,C.C.No.282 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
