O R D E R
This Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner to direct the First Respondent to consider the Appeal letter dated 24.06.2019 sent by him under Section 72 of Registration Act and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents submits that the Appeal letter of the Petitioner dated 24.06.2019 has been disposed by the District Registrar, Coimbatore who is the First Respondent herein by order dated 12.07.2019 and he has produced the copy of the same before this Court. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also receive the copy of the order and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration.
