ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice a month on 1st and 3rd Monday until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3785 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31756 of 2024 dated 28.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
