ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced before this Court the Proceedings of the respondent by 1/3

which, the order dated 27.09.2022 passed in W.P. No.25942 of 2022 has been duly complied with. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final orders, her remedy is only to challenge the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

2. Since the order, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the Proceedings of the respondent, dated 03.02.2024 which is placed on record in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
