This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order dated 27.03.2018 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.9726 of 2018.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed as a civil dispute, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature.
