Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Declaration declaring the Notification No.SO 26(E) dated 04.01.2017 issued by the first respondent as void, defective and unconstitutional for being in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in K.S.Puttaswamy (Retired) v.
