PRAYER: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent herein for his wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders of this Hon'ble Court made in Crl.O.P.No.16 of 2023, dated 05.01.2023.

ORDER

This petition is filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders of this Court, passed in Crl.O.P.No.16 of 2023, dated 05.01.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government 1/3

Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after investigation in this case, final report has been filed as undetected. He further submitted that despite making efforts, accused in this case could not be detected and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant.

3.However, this Court directs that if, in future, the respondent police comes across any lead in this case, they have to proceed with the investigation and recover the stolen goods and prosecute the offender. 4.With the above directions, this petition is closed. 01.08.2023 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No sli To:
