ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30

a.m. and 05.30 p.m, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.6419 of 2026 dated 26.03.2026.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.(c) imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
