This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent, their subordinates not to harass the petitioner and its employees.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry is pending and no harassment was made to the petitioner as alleged in the petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent police to conduct an enquiry and to dispose of the complaint in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
