This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5142 of in Crl.O.P.No.4583 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and the same has also been taken on file and it is pending for committal.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.

M.P.No.5142 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4583 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023 , is relaxed.

The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
