This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 208 days in filing the Revision Petition against the order passed in C.A.No.50 of 2016 dated 21.09.2016, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.
2.This Court had passed a conditional order on 25.02.2021 in this petition, wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the arrears of the interim maintenance to the respondent / wife and the matter was posted on 25.03.2021 for reporting compliance. 3.When the matter was listed on 25.03.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and compliance was also not reported before this Court, thereby, this matter was posted today under the caption "for orders". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner / husband.
4.Revision has been preferred against the dismissal order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District, Chengalpattu in C.A.No.50 of 2016 dated 21.09.2017 and confirming the order passed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram in 1/3

kas C.M.P.No.8183 of 2015 dated 18.10.2016, which has been filed seeking for interim maintenance.
5.Despite the order passed in C.M.P.No.8183 of 2015 on 18.10.2016 and the Appeal in C.A.No.50 of 2016 being dismissed on 21.09.2017, no amount has been paid to the respondent / wife towards maintenance and thereby, this Court had passed a conditional order in this petition on 25.02.2021 directing the petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrears of the interim maintenance to the respondent / wife and the same has not been complied with by the petitioner / husband. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
6.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed accordingly. Consequently, the Criminal Revision is hereby rejected at the SR stage itself.
