2. These petitions are filed to implead the respondents 2 to 5 in O.S.No.216 of 2020 and in C.M.P.No.10801 of 2020 in O.S.No.216 of 2020.

3. Upon hearing the submissions on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the petitions are ordered. Accordingly, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
