The petitioner has filed this Review Application to review the Judgment and Decree dated 03.08.2021 in S.A.No.732 of 2012. 2.The parties to the dispute have now compromised their dispute and have filed a Memorandum of Compromise duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel on 11.01.2024. 3.In view of the above, the Judgment passed by this Court on 03.08.2021 in S.A.No.732 of 2012 is re-called. S.A.No.732 of 2012 stands disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the order. 4.Registry is directed to issue a fresh copy of the order on payment of necessary charges.

5.Accordingly, this Review Application stands disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
