WMP.No.18708 of 2019 in WP.No.14675 of 2019 V.PARTHIBAN.J, Heard, Mr.K.Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. This Court by its order dated 28.05.2019, permitted the petitioner herein to visit his son in USA for 45 days commencing from 01.06.2019 to 15.07.2019 and directed the petitioner to furnish an undertaking to the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court that he shall return to India on 15.07.2019.

3. Now, WMP.No.18708 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the order dated 28.05.2019 made in W.P.No.14675 of 2019, to extend the permission granted to the petitioner for a period of another 15 days or one month as the case may be, in view of certain difficulties expressed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the extraordinary situation prevailing in the family, the petitioner ought to have extended his stay in US and he has purchased a

ticket to return to India on 31.07.2019. Therefore, the petitioner has come to this Court by way of filing the present petition, to extend the permission granted by this Court, at least till his return to India on 31.07.2019.

5. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order passed by this Court on 28.05.2019 made in W.P.No.14675 of 2019, shall stand modified and the extension as sought for by the petitioner till 31.07.2019 to return to India is granted.

6. The writ miscellaneous petition is ordered, accordingly. 10.07.2019 dn Note to Registry:
