The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the purpose for which this application was filed has been achieved as the Advocate Commissioner has been appointed and has seized the vehicle.

2. Hence, nothing further survives for adjudication in this application as the amount that was quantified as due from the respondents as on 28.02.2023 appears to have been paid by the respondents.

3. Considering the above, this Arbitration Application is closed with liberty to the applicant to approach this Court in case there are any other circumstances warranting interference of this Court's order dated 06.07.2023 under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
