Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused that The petitioner/accused is directed to report before the respondent police station daily at10.30 AM, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11715/2021 in Cr.No.118/2021 on the file of the respondent the Inspector of Police, K-7 ICF Police Station, Chennai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.HUSSAINI BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 12.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition in sofaras as appearance as imposed by order dated 12.07.2021 alone stands modified that till filling of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing charge sheet.
