ORDER
These Writ Petitions are filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Ref.Na.Ka.VaA5/2363/2012, dated 7.8.2012 from the file of the 2nd Respondent and quash the order of appointment made therein in so far as the 3rd Respondents are concerned made in S.No.4 and 7 and to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the Petitioners in the vacant post of cooking assistant in Thuvarananthal Panchayat Union Elementary School and Kumbal Kottai Panchayat Union Elementary School, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District under the "Puratchi Thalaivar MGR Nutritious Meal Scheme".
2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
3. After some elaborate arguments, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents submitted that the husbands of the 3rd Respondents died and hence, they have been rightly appointed. Therefore, the grounds raised in both the Writ Petitions do not stand to scrutiny. Further, I do not find any valid reason to interfere with reasoned order of appointment. In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP are closed.
