O R D E R
By an order dated 23.09.2019, this Court had directed the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated
27.06.2019 on its own merits and pass orders within a stipulated time. Aggrieved against non consideration of the petitioner's representation, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the copy of the proceedings dated 10.12.2020, by which, the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2019 has been considered and orders were passed stating that the allegations levelled by the petitioner were enquired into and found to be false.
3. Since the petitioner's representation has been considered by the respondent herein, this Court is of the view that the disobedience alleged in the present Contempt Petition is not willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 11.12.2020 Index:Yes/No.
