This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11145 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023, that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO cases, Vellore, daily morning at 10.30 a.m and evening 05.00 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition and the difficulty expressed by him to appear before the Court daily, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear on all hearing dates before the Trial Court in Spl.S.C.No.102 of 2022.
