ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(b) that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed, vide order dated 22.04.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.11999 of 2025 and thus render justice
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed.
