O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 22.07.2014 made in I.A.No.1719 of 2014 in O.S.No.1477 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore.

2. Today, when the Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition, by saying that the dispute between the petitioners and the respondent was settled out of Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Petition.

3. In view of the above said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revision petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
