This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7432 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.525 of 2016 vide order dated 15.07.2016 that the petitioner should appear before the Trial Court once in three months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to list this appeal for final hearing along with other connected appeals on 17.08.2023.
