PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06/12/2017 for granting Vigilance Clearance to the petitioner to participate in the selection to the post of Traffic Manager in pursuant to Notification issued by 5th respondent vide Notification No.G1/2401/2015/GA dated 16/10/2017

and consequently select and appoint the Petitioner to the post of Traffic Manager in Chennai Port Trust based on merit in selection.
