This application has been filed consequent to the death of the 5th plaintiff / Mr.C.Shankar. However, his son Mr.S.Udayakumar is already on record as the 6th plaintiff. This application has been filed to recognize him as the legal heir of the 5th plaintiff and to record the death of the 5th plaintiff.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent also. 1/3

3. This application stands allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant may make the necessary amendment in the cause title to the suit, reflecting the death of the 5th plaintiff and indicating that the 6th plaintiff, who is already on record is his legal heir.

4. Necessary amendment may be carried out within a period of two weeks.
