O R D E R

The petitioner has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2012, wherein, he sought for permission to run the petty shop in payment.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is physically challenged and has been carrying on catering activities by through tiffin centre from the year 1997. In this regard, the petitioner has approached the respondent seeking for permission to run the petty shop at the said address.

3. It is needless to point out that there cannot be any legal rights for the petitioner to run the tiffin centre on pavements which could be detrimental to public convenience and there cannot be any positive direction to the respondent to grant permission for such establishment of tiffin centre. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Nevertheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would be satisfied if the respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation on its own merits.

There is no representation for the respondent. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2012, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
