ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.S.Thambuswamy, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that encroachment has been made by respondents 2 and 3 in Door No. 11/18, Eswaran Kovil Street, T.Kottampatti, Mahalingapuram, Pollachi, Coimbatore District. Hence, the petitioner has prayed that the said encroachment be removed.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent, i.e., The Commissioner, Pollachi Municipality, has filed a counter affidavit, wherein it is stated that the unauthorized construction put up by respondents 2 and 3 has been completely demolished.

In view of the statement made in the affidavit, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
