This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.

O.P.No.9717 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken on file in Spl.SC.No.29 of 2023 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (FTMC), Tiruppur, and the next hearing date is on 31.07.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9717 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
